After changing the computer location, Anybody software cannot be opened and the following error message will appear. How can I solve this problem?

That's unfortunate. Can you please contact us at support(at)anybodytech(dot)com regarding your issue? Please share the crash dump, and describe what has changed since the time it was working. I would also suggest trying to reinstall AnyBody. Maybe that can help.
