And also I've erased and reinstalled anybody several times, delete the "settings.anyst" and "settings.anyproj" files but the same situation is happening again.

Thank u for ur help.

Hi @Jin-woo

Do you have the crash dump file? it should be under C:/CrashDump/
If so, could you send it to me?

Hi Bjørn
It says that I can't upload the file because I'm a new user.

Hi @Jin-woo

I upgraded you user rights so you should be able to upload now - maybe you need to clear the site cache or log out/in for it to take effect.

Best regards,
Bjørn

This is my CrashDump file.

CrashDump.zip (25.6 KB)

Thank you @Jin-woo I have forwarded it to our SW developer team and will update you once they have had a look.

Best regards,
Bjørn

Hi @Jin-woo

We are working on the issue you have experienced and I have some follow-up questions:

  • Does it happen when you try to load any model or only a specific?
  • Do your pc username contain special characters?
  • Is the crash always happening during loading of the model?

Best regards,
Bjørn

Hi @Bjorn
Thank you for answering for me.

  • Does it happen when you try to load any model or only a specific?

    • In the New Model Template, Basic Main, Human, Human Standing, and Sub Library all have problems loading.
  • Do your pc username contain special characters?

    • No, there are no special characters in my username.
  • Is the crash always happening during loading of the model?

    • When you load a model from the template and press Load, Load succeeds and Model View 1 will see the model, but the program will turn off due to the aforementioned error and Crash Dump will be created.

Once again, thank you for your kindness.
Jin-woo
