Hi Ahmed,
This muscle has origin on the sacrum and inserts on the femur, and it is wrapping on a cylinder which is connected to the pelvis.
So the forces on sacrum relates to the muscle attachment and the forces on the pelvis represents the forces which the muscle creates on the cylinder it wraps around.
