I still have problems trying to run Anybody.
when I go to read the license agreement, there is a
field that asks for hardware identification, I don’t
know where to get that information.
Anybody won’t open, it only gives me a message error
retrieving hardware identification can’t validate
license.

It sounds like something is wrong with your installation, and I have
to find out what it is.
To this end, could you dump the screen (ctrl - Prnt Scrn) that
appears right when you start AnyBody and send it to
support@anybodytech.com as a graphics file?
