When I click on the create New Main Anyscript file button the Template dialogue box does not show up, so I am unable to select where I want to place my file and my code will not run. There is an error message saying that the main folder was not initiated when I hit F7 (I was trying to run a file from the repository). Is there any way to fix this?

Could you please let us know the following information ?
- Version of your operating system (ex: Windows7 professional x64)
- Version of your AnyBody Modeling System
You can check the version of your AnyBody Modeling System by using ‘Help->About AnyBody’ menu button.

We are using a Windows 7 system and it is version 1.5

Could you try the menu which will give you the same operation with that template button?
Menu: ‘File’->‘New from Template’.
If this does not work well also, then please let us know.
Also, could you try to execute AnyBody as administrator model?
