Problem when working on the remote desktop.

Hi, EveryBody!
Yesterday I tried to run modelling with the saving pictures option turned on, on the remote desktop and the AB system has follen down. Model view worked incorrectly. Then I tried to push the reset button in AB and to turn off recording, but the list with available operations was still inactive and I had to rerun the AB.
I have no idea waht causes the problem! If you have AnyIdeas, please let me know :slight_smile:

Hi Alex,

I think we haven’t seen this problem yet. I have some questions about it:

  • what version of anybody are you using exactly?
  • does it happens with one model in particular? if so can you upload it?

We willl try to reproduce it and see what goes wrong.

I used AnyBody 4.1. It happened with all models I tried(I tried it with 2 models). Here the model I tried to run on the remote computer.

We have been able to reproduce it, thank you for pointing at it. However there is no quick solution for it right now, so we will try to fix it for one of the next releases.

Meanwhile you will have to avoid recording model view pictures via the remote desktop.
