I’m adding an atlanto-axial joint implant to the cervical spine in AnyBody. But it fails at the kinematic step, and the window shows the following information:

How can I solve this problem?

First, the implants seem to be not at the proper position when you load the initial condition, that means there is no contact between the implants.
